Caring for our mental health is a continuous endeavor that ebbs and flows throughout our lifetime. But taking the step to seek help along the way can foster brilliant growth.
My therapeutic style is relaxed while always empowering clients to be their best selves, no matter where they are starting from. I am a BIPOC and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist with expertise in working with children and teens, young adults, and trauma survivors.
In my spare time, I like to read, sew, catch up with friends, and adventure with my husband and our dog Andromeda.
